Solution

This error message is generated if an amount is recorded in T8 and a variation has not been selected at T4 in the BAS. 

This error also occurs where there is a 0 amount appearing in T8. If there is supposed to be no amount input in T8, edit the form and remove the 0. Re-validate the form once complete.
