When I click Download Data on the BAS/IAS lodgment screen, I receive an error saying CMN.ATO.AS.EM139: EM139NoAsAccount
Solution
This error is caused by the Branch Code being incorrect on the BAS/IAS screen.
This will normally default to 1 but the ATO may have recorded the Branch Code as a different value when setting up the fund for Activity Statements.
The Branch Code will need to be a number between 1 - 999.
If you are not sure what the Branch Code is, contact the ATO.
What to do in Simple Fund 360
To change the Branch code for the fund:
From the BAS/IAS screen click on the Branch Code edit button:
Enter the correct Branch Code and click the tick:
