Solution
1. Check the ATO Access Manager website where the administrator can review and (if required) add access to the fund for lodgement. Click here to go to the Access Manager website where the administrator can review and (if required) add access to the fund for lodging purposes.
2. Check the ATO Portal and ensure the fund is on your client list. Click here for more information from the ATO.
3. Ensure you have selected the correct Lodging Party on the Electronic Lodgement screen.
4. Check that the ABN entered in SF360 for the Lodging Party is the same as what is displayed on the ATO Access Manager site.
