Support Query
I am attempting to edit an ABN in Fund Details screen, however, it is greyed out?
Solution
When an ABN is greyed out, this can be a result of your User Role having the Enhanced Privacy permission off.
Users with Enhanced Privacy permission off are prohibated of viewing or editing ABNs or a Member's TFNs.
Steps to resolve this issue
Ask a user with Admin access to complete the following steps:
- Go to the User List page.
- Search for the user experiencing the ABN or TFN visibility issue.
- Take note of the user’s assigned role (for example, Employee).
- Navigate to the User Roles page.
- Select the relevant user role identified in Step 3.
- Under the Settings section, turn Enhanced Privacy off (the toggle should appear grey).
- Ask the affected user to log out of Simple Fund 360 and log back in to refresh their permissions.
