Overview
The User Manager page allows admin users (or roles with access to the user manager function) to perform the following tasks all from a central location:
- View and search all users joined across all 360 products
- Disable user access
- Assign and Un-Assign funds
- Delete users
- Change user roles
- View Activity Log for all users
Navigation
From the Main Toolbar, Hover over Settings. | |
Select the User List tab. |
Search and Filters
Use the search to find users, by first name, last name or username.
The results can be further sorted in ascending or descending order.
Filter the search by access to the product, whether the user is active or inactive, and whether MFA is enabled or not.
Use the left-hand filter to sort users by user roles across different 360 products, and by the last login.
Disabling User Accounts
1. Select the User that you wish to disable from the user list
2. Besides any 360 product, select Show
3. Select the toggle off to disable the account.
Assign and Un-assign Funds
1. Select the user that you wish to assign/un-assign funds to.
2. Once the users information expands you will be able to see the amount of entities that the user has been assigned. To change this, select change.
3. The entity selector page will open.

Auto Accessible Funds |
This setting allows you to define access to all funds (including future funds). If NO is selected, the user will not have access to any fund (including future funds) by default. If YES is selected, the user will have access to all funds (including future funds) by default. |
Filter |
The filter makes it easier for you to locate a fund. You can filter the fund list using the following options:

Unassigned Funds

This will list all the funds that have not been assigned to the user. Select to assign all funds. Select next to a fund to assign that fund. |
Assigned Funds |
All the funds assigned to the user will display in the right column. Select next to a fund to un-assign that fund. Select to un-assign all funds. |
Counter | A counter will display under each column to show you many funds have been assigned and are displayed on-screen. |
If you have assigned or unassigned a fund, this icon will display next to that fund to show that a change has been made for this fund. | |
Select this to cancel any changes. | |
Select this to confirm and save the changes. |
Deleting Users
1. Select the User that you wish to delete from the user list
2. Besides any 360 product, select Show
3. Select Remove User
4. Select Okay
Change User Roles
1. Select the User that you wish to change user roles, from the user list
2. Besides any 360 product, select Show
3. Select between the default or custom user roles.

Disable MFA for a User (Account Owner ONLY)
Account Owners can turn off MFA for users in their BGL subscription.
To do this, click on a user to expand their details, then select TURN OFF MFA.
Once completed, the user receives an email notifying them that their MFA has been disabled by the Account Owner. They can then proceed to login and set up their MFA again.
View Activity Log
1. Select the User that you wish to view the activity log, from the user list
2. Next to the activity log, select Show.
This will display the date, time, IP address and from which general location the user was last logged in.
