I have changed the ESA from Australia Post (AUSTPOSTSMSF) to the BGL ESA (BGLSF360). However, upon generating the Employer Notification Letter, the ESA still appears as AUSTPOSTSMSF. How do I fix this?
When changing the ESA for a fund, from AUSPOSTSMSF to BGLSF360, the template relating to the Employer Notification Letter will need to be reviewed.
If the Employer Notification Letter has been customised and updated in the past, this must be reviewed and updated to include the BGL ESA.
There are 3 options to resolve this issue:
When generating the Employer Notification Letter, generate this using the 'Default Badge' (Since the Template attached to the Default Badge cannot be customised):
Customise the template and update the ESA section to the BGLSF360 ESA. Upload the customised template against the relevant Badge in Simple Fund 360.

Select 'Reset Template' attached to the Badge currently used to generate the report.
This will default to the master template which includes the correct ESA merge field.

NOTE: Resetting the template is irreversible.
