In the cases where duplicates of the same contacts exist, we have created an easy process to manage these duplicate contacts.

Instructions
After selecting the Fix Duplicates button all the duplicate contacts within the firm will be displayed in alphabetical order.
The Duplicate Contacts can be searched by 'Name and address' or 'Name Only', if an address has not been entered in the contact's information the contact will only appear under 'Name only'.
The contacts will display the information entered such as the name, email address, mobile number and address of the contact.
When a contact has been added to Fund Relationships/Entity Relationships screen to an entity the word Relationship will appear next to the contact's name. Pressing on relationships will display all of the Entities attached to this contact.
In the Contacts's details, you review or edit any existing information entered or delete the contact.
Contact Merge
Once the duplicate contact has been located, you can merge the contacts.
Selecting , on the contact you would like to keep will merge the duplicate contact into this contact. If multiple duplicate contacts exist, merging them will result in only one contact remaining.
A confirmation message will appear, press Merge in order to proceed with the Merge.
Relationships Merge
When merging contacts that both have existing relationships, any relationships linked to the duplicate contact will be transferred to the new contact.
