This validation error arises when your notification for the online (cloud) software provider does not include the correct Software ID.
How to resolve this Validation Error
This error typically occurs when BGL has not been nominated as your software provider to authorise secure transmissions made through online (cloud-based) software.
To resolve the issue, please nominate BGL as your software provider by following the steps in this article, SBR.GEN.AUTH.006 (Nominate BGL as your software provider).
Please review and update your hosted SBR Software ID through Access Manager or by contacting the ATO.
