Navigation
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Connect. | |
| Select Feed Management from the list. |
Instructions
1. Under Wraps and Platforms, select (+) Setup.
2. The wrap feed setup window will open.
Select Betashares as the Feed Provider and input the relevant Betashares Account ID:
3. Select the Bank Account that will be used when importing wrap feed transactions:
Ensure to input a "Do not import data before" date if you need to restrict which transactions are being imported into your entity. This date will commonly be the first day you want the feed to become active:
4. The Account Mapping section underneath will display a list of any bank or other non-unitised investments appearing in the Security Code chart. This chart will contain the relevant mapping codes used by the Betashares feed to load data to the correct account. These fields will be empty until the feed is operating.
For more information about Account Mapping, please see this article: Wrap Feed Setup - Account Mapping.
5. Select Save.
Authorisation Process
No authorisation is required within Simple Fund 360 or Simple Invest 360.
Any necessary authorisation will occur later via the Betashares platform.
Once a Betashares feed is setup, BGL will send an authorisation request to Betashares.
Requests will be sent every night for any new Betashares feeds that are setup.
The following information will be included in the request:
- Entity Name
- Account Number
- Authorised Intermediary (Firm/Company Name)
Once successful, Betashares will send the account holder an email with further Authorisation instructions to be completed on Betashare's platform.
