This warning appears upon migrating funds from Simple Fund Desktop to Simple Fund 360. This is due to the following reason(s):

Reason 3: Opening Balances recorded in Desktop, where there is no create entries date.

Solutions
Reason 1: Create entries has not been processed to 30th of June, and balanced forward to the next financial year.
Mid-year migrations are not supported. In order to proceed, ensure your funds have create entries processed to 30/06/XXXX, and balanced forward.
For example, for the below fund, create entries has been processed and balanced forward. This is indicated by the:
- Last Create Entries date of 30/06/2014, and
- Balance Forward dates being the next financial year: The start date is 01/07/2014, and end date being 30/06/2015.
Reason 2: Current year or future year transactions have been posted.
Ensure current year or future year transactions has not been posted after the last create entries date.
For example, where a fund has the last create entries date as of 30/06/2014, there should not be any transactions posted after this date, other than fund ledger balance forward transactions.
To locate current year or future year transactions, you may use the Transaction Filter with the start date being the start of the financial year after the last create entries date, and the end date being 30/06/9999.
Only Fund Ledger Balance Forward transactions will need to display, all other current year or future year transactions will need to be deleted, and can be manually recorded in Simple Fund 360 post-migration.

Reason 3: Opening Balances recorded in Desktop, where there is no create entries date.
Where there is no create entries date, the fund can not be migrated.
For example, for the below fund, Opening Balances have been entered as at 30/06/2015.
Where the fund has not been processed post the Opening Balance period, and create entries has not been processed for the full financial year, the fund can not be migrated.
Instead Opening Balances can be entered directly in Simple Fund 360.
