Validation Error
Total current year capital gains must equal the sum of each unique capital gain reported
This error arises when the amounts entered in the CGT Schedule, Section 1 Label A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and S do not total to the amount Label J - Total current year capital gains. This can occur due to a rounding error.
How to resolve this Validation Error
To resolve this issue, review the tax reconciliation report and the Capital Gains Reconciliation Report for the unrounded amounts, and adjust the amounts in Section 1 of the CGT schedule to remove the rounding difference.
