Overview
The Entity Relationship Diagram displays a hierarchical view of your entity and all relationships, providing a complete view of all relevant contacts and their relationship to the entity.
Note: Changes made to Diagrams are Temporary
Please note that currently, the Entity Relationship Diagram is an experimental feature and all changes made to the diagram are reset when you leave or reload the page.
Any feedback related on how this feature can be improved is greatly appreciated.
Navigation
The Entity Relationships screen can be accessed from the Left Toolbar. Depending on the type of entity, this icon will display as either Fund, Trust, Company, or Individual.
The following instructions are completed in a Fund entity.
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Fund. | |
| Select Fund relationships from the list. | |
| In the top right-hand corner, select the Entity Relationship Diagram icon. |
Instructions
A customisable diagram will appear that details all contact connections for your entity:
Click the above image to expand
- Click on a box to edit the details for that entity/contact:
- Click on a connection line to edit the details for that relationship such as the relationship type and arrow direction:
- Hold-click and drag from connection points to create new connections between entities/contacts:
All aspects of the Entity Relationship Diagram can be moved by simply hold-clicking and dragging into your desired position. This includes all entities, contacts, and relationship connection lines.
Functions Available

Relationship Levels determine which contacts are displayed. Each increasing level displays the next set related contacts, starting from contacts directly attached to the entity at Level 1. |

Layout Type provides a variety of options that adjust how the diagram is displayed. Options include:

| Undo and Redo can be used to adjust the most recent change completed within the diagram. | |
| Re-center Diagram brings the diagram back to the default viewing position. | |
| Export to PDF generates and downloads a PDF of the entity relationship diagram. | |
|
Create Custom Entity allows you to add entities with a desired name and type. Batch Add Entities allows you to create multiple custom entities at the same time. |

| List Changes displays any unsaved changes that have been applied to the diagram. | |
| Reset Diagram reverts any unsaved changes that have been applied to the diagram. |
