Have you recently switched to Simple Fund/Invest 360? Are you managing multiple entities of varying types? Well, say goodbye to the hassle of creating entities one by one and say hello to our new streamlined, hassle-free entity management.
Introducing Bulk Entity Setup
Simply upload a Excel file containing all your entity data, and our bulk entity setup function will take care of the rest!
|From the Main Toolbar, hover the cursor over the Home icon.|
|From the Home side-menu, select Bulk Entity Setup|
1. Reach out to your fund administrator and ensure 'Bulk Entity Setup' is toggled on for your user role.
This setting will be toggled on by default for Account Owner, Admin, and BGL Success. For more information, refer to User Roles.
2. Ensure that your license contains sufficient entities to enable you to proceed with the import.
Refer to the bulk entity setup screen, to view the number of entities remaining. To proceed with any upgrades, refer to MyBGL Products.
Currently, only SMSFs, Trusts, and Companies can be imported. The import of 'Individual' entity types is not supported at this time.
Step 1: Download the Excel template here.
Step 2: Fill out the spreadsheet. A maximum of 200 entities (SMSFs, Trusts, and Companies) can be entered here.
