CMN.ATO.SMSFAR.437131: Response required at Limited recourse borrowing arrangements (LRBA) question

Validation Error 

This validation error occurs when:

• The fund has reported an amount under Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBA), and
• Question 15F in Section H - Assets and Liabilities is answered as N/A.

If an LRBA balance is disclosed, this question must be answered Yes or No; it cannot be left as N/A.

How to resolve this Validation Error 

To resolve this issue: 

1. Open the SMSF Tax Return.
2. Navigate to Section H - Assets and Liabilities. 
3. Locate Question 15F. 
4. You will have to choose yes/no to the question "If the fund had an LRBA were the LRBA borrowings from a licensed financial institution?"
   
5. Then select Save and Validate the Tax Return.
