Validation Error
Total current year capital losses does not equal the sum of each unique capital loss reported
This error occurs when capital losses entered into the CGT Schedule Item 1 Label K to R do not add up to the amount entered in the total current year capital losses (Item 2 Label A). This can occur due to a rounding error.
How to resolve this Validation Error
To resolve this error, using the Capital Gains Reconciliation report, review the amounts entered in Item 1 Labels K to R to the amount entered into Item 2 Label A, total current year capital losses. Adjust an amount to resolve the rounding error.
