Validation Error
If there is a response at questions, "If the fund had an LRBA, were the LRBA borrowings from a licensed financial institution?" or "Did members or related parties of the fund use personal guarantees or other security for the LRBA?", an amount greater than zero is required at Limited recourse borrowing arrangements.
This error arises when either of the following questions in Section J 15.f has been answered with Yes: "If the fund had an LRBA, were the LRBA borrowings from a licensed financial institution?" or "Did members or related parties of the fund use personal guarantees or other security for the LRBA?", and there isn't an amount entered in Section H 15.b Label J - Limited recourse borrowing arrangements
How to resolve this Validation Error
To resolve this issue, enter the amounts in labels J1 to J6 and the property count in label J7 in Section H 15.b Limited recourse borrowing arrangements, so that Label J - Limited recourse borrowing arrangements has an amount entered.
Or answer the questions "If the fund had an LRBA, were the LRBA borrowings from a licensed financial institution?" or "Did members or related parties of the fund use personal guarantees or other security for the LRBA?" with No or N/A.
