CMN.ATO.GEN.410194: Address Line 1 must not exceed 38 characters

Validation Error 

This validation error occurs when an address entered on the SMSF Tax Return exceeds the ATO’s 38 character limit.

How to resolve this Validation Error 

To resolve this issue: 

1. Locate the address that exceeds the ATO's 38 character set limit. 
2.  Once the Address has been located, either reduce the Address Line to be under the 38 Character Limit or move some characters into the second address line. 
   
3. Save the changes and then validate the SMSF Tax Return.
