Some wrap feed providers require you to periodically renew or update your login credentials to maintain data feeds into Simple Fund 360.
This article explains how to renew and update credentials for existing wrap feed integrations. If credentials are not renewed before expiry, feed data may stop flowing until the details are re-entered.
Credential Expiry Notifications
When credentials are due to expire, users will receive an email notification prompting renewal.
To set up which users will receive these notifications:
From the top left of the Feed Management screen, select Advanced Options & Reports.
Select Email Settings.

Enter the email addresses of users who should receive the notification.
Up to 5 emails can be entered per wrap feed.
Notifications are sent at 30 days and 7 days before the credentials expire.
Follow the instructions below for your specific provider.
Credential Validity
Your HUB24 credentials are valid for one year. To ensure your feeds remain active, credentials must be manually updated in Simple Fund 360 before they expire.
How to obtain new credentials
To request a new set of credentials, email admin@hub24.com.au.
How to Update in Simple Fund 360

Under Settings, select Provider Settings.
Click the Edit adviser icon next to your expired HUB24 feed Authentication details.

input the credentials provided by Hub24 and select Save below
Credential Validity
Macquarie Cash ESI credentials are valid for one year. They need to be manually updated in Simple Fund 360 to ensure that your bank feed remains active.
How to Obtain New Credentials
Log in to the Macquarie Advisor Portal.
Navigate to the ESI Authentication Details section.
Generate a new set of ESI credentials.
Note down or copy the new ESI Authentication Code and ESI Authentication Password.
How to Update in Simple Fund 360

Select Advanced Options & Reports.
Under Settings, select Provider Settings.
Click the Edit adviser icon next to your expired Macquarie ESI Authentication details.
Within the Edit Adviser page, click Edit.
Enter the new ESI Authentication Code and ESI Authentication Password.
Click Save and Go Back.
Once updated, the web service will begin operating. Please allow 24–48 hours for the data to be available in Simple Fund 360.
Note: ESI credentials are specific to the advisor who generated them. Updating the ESI credentials will update all Macquarie bank feeds under that advisor’s ESI.
