How can I unlock a closed financial year?
Solution
To reverse a Closed financial year in Simple Fund 360, in the Period Compliance screen, under Action column, select Reopen Period.
If you have closed a period you need to be in the next financial year to re-open it.
Example: If you have closed the 2018 financial year, the system will need to have the financial year set as 01/07/2018-30/06/2019 in the Fund Details screen.
Note:
The re-open icon will not appear if the prior fiscal year was completed in Simple Fund Desktop and then migrated. Prior period information from Simple Fund Desktop cannot be opened or edited in Simple Fund 360.
