When attempting to Create Entries I am getting the error message:
''Cannot create entries. Please try again later, or contact service desk.''
Solution
The cause of this issue is that for at least one of the members, a date of birth has not been input. This information is required for The Create Entries Process in order to allocate the profit and tax to the correct member components and to populate the tax return.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Member. |

Select Member list. |
|
- From the Member List, select the member(s) with an age appearing as 0 to the right of their name.
- Add the correct date of birth. Select Edit Contact and input the birth date.
- Select Save.
- Complete The Create Entries Process.
