 How do I update the Postal Address in The SMSF Annual Return?

Solution

The Postal address in Section A of The SMSF Annual Return by default is picked up from Fund| Fund Details | Postal Address. 

Alternatively, you can elect to use the Tax Agent's address (Fund Relationships) as the postal address on the Annual Return. The Tax Agent's address is derived from the Contacts list.

From Fund Details Screen navigate to Section A Tax Agent Contact Details:

Select Yes to "Use Tax Agent address for postal address in tax returns"

Once the Address has been updated navigate to the Tax Compliance Screen.

From Section A: Fund Information Select the button and Save.
