Securities Screen in SF360
The Securities screen contains all the market values, dividend/distribution information and asset allocation details of securities and other assets.
Updating of the securities and other assets is done by:
- Simple Fund 360 automatically importing ASX and Managed Investments Automatic Data feed information
- manual input of security and other asset's details and market values that are not listed on the ASX. Refer to Manually Revaluing Security Prices for further details.
BGL's ASX and Managed Investments Automatic Data Feed is included in your subscription to Simple Fund 360. This will provide you with a daily update of all market values of ASX listed securities and Unit Trusts, and dividend/distribution and asset allocation (managed funds and trusts) details where available.
International share codes and share prices are also available for the following stock exchanges:
- NASDAQ
- New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)
- London Stock Exchange (LSE)
- Hong Kong Exchange (HKE)
- Singapore Exchange
- Cryptocurrency
The price added will be reported in AUD which is the foreign price multiplied by the RBA exchange rate.

Navigation to the Securities screen

Screen Buttons

| Search | Type in the name, code or price of a security in the search field and select Search to narrow the Securities screen by the search terms input. |
| Advanced Options |
Select Advanced Options to complete an advanced search for securities. Narrow your search by matching some or all of the following conditions:

| View all entity's securities | This will display all securities attached to the entity. |
| View active holdings only | The securities screen will default to View active holdings only when accessed. Securities currently held within the entity will be displayed |
| Select Add Security to manually add a security. Refer to How to add a Security for more information. | |
| You can connect to different partners and review the supported exchanges. | |
| This will generate the Investment Unit Prices Report for the entity. |
Markets and Partners
The Market and Partners pop-up will display a list of relevant partners that can be connected to the entity.

The Markets tab will display the current connected markets that Simple Fund 360 receives data from.

This column will display the ASX code of the security if listed on the ASX or the manually input code of the security if added manually. Select the arrows to filter the Securities screen alphabetically (from A to Z or Z to A). Selecting the Security Code will open the details of the security and allows for the viewing and entering of:

This column will display the name of the security. Select the arrows to filter the Securities screen alphabetically (from A to Z or Z to A). Selecting the Security name will open the details of the security and allows for the viewing and entering of:

This column will display the date that the price of the security was listed. Selecting the Price Date will open the details of the security and allows for the viewing and entering of:

| Price Utilised | This column will display the most recent price of the security. Select the arrows to filter the Securities screen numerically (from highest to lowest and vice versa). |
| Price Type |
This column will the source of the security's price. The sources are:

| Chart Links |
The column links the security to its account in the chart of accounts. Clicking the link will open the chart of accounts directly to the security's linked investment account. |
| Security Type |
This column will identify the type of the security. The security types include:

This Column will identify the market of the security. The markets are:
Select the drop down to filter the Securities Screen to display only the selected market type. |

This column will identify the source of the security's information. The sources are:

How to add a Security
Follow these steps to add a security that does not appear in the list:
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Investments. | |
| Select Investment security list from the list. |
- From the Securities screen, select Add Security.

From the New Security screen, select the appropriate Market Type for the investment.

- Select Save to add the security to the list or Cancel to abort the changes.
Note: When a security is added this way, an investment account will NOT be created automatically. In order to create an investment account, users will need to Add Account from Chart of Accounts. For detailed instructions, please check How to add Investment Accounts
How to delete a Security
From within the Investment Security List, select the Action button for the security that you wish to delete.
A Delete option will appear in the opened drop-down. Select it.
A confirmation message will appear. If you are sure, select Delete Security.
How to delete a price of a security
From within the Investment Security List, select the Security Name for the security that you wish to delete a price for.
Under Security Prices, select the Custom Price Toggle to display Custom prices.
A Delete button will be displayed at the right side of a custom price. Select it.
A confirmation message will appear. If you are sure, select Delete Entry.
