Auto Valuation | An Estimated Value Report provides a property's estimated value based on property data and analytics. It does not have any Human Review. |
Desktop Valuation | An electronic valuation relies on automated valuation data and the Valuation firm’s data and expertise. It is done remotely without physically inspecting the property. |
Cerbside Valuation | A curbside valuation requires a certified valuer to visit the property in question and inspect the outside of the property. A curbside valuation will also consider other factors like local property listings, recent sales, and everything else you’ll find in the desktop valuations. |
Full Valuation | A full valuation means that a valuer will physically inspect the property inside and out and is expected to produce a detailed property report. |
