From the Main Toolbar, Select Investments. | |
Select the Property Dashboard. |
Click on the button.
Then click the Connect button for Acumentis.
You will be taken to Acumentis and will be able to select the SMSF assessments to then choose whether the property is Residential, Commercial, or Rural/Agribusiness.
Once on the Accumentis website, scroll down to select the service you would to order.
In this example, we will be selecting a Commercial SMSF Property Valuation.
Select the Property Type to be valued - Residential, Commercial or Rural / Agribusiness.
Complete the required data in the online form, progressing to the next section using the NEXT button. The numbered sections at the top of the form track your progress. You can save the form for completion at a later stage.
Upon completing all details, submit the form.
- For properties eligible for the fixed fee service, the quote estimate will appear before submission.
- For specialised properties or those outside of the fixed price criteria, no price will appear before
submission. You'll receive a formal quotation shortly after review by the Acumentis team.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a PDF document containing the details you provided.
Shortly after, you will receive a formal quotation containing all terms and conditions for digital signature and payment. Upon acceptance of this formal quotation and payment, you will receive your valuation report within 5-10 business days, unless advised otherwise.

1. What is a Retrospective Valuation?
A retrospective valuation of a property refers to a valuation of a residential property in the past, typically three months or earlier from today's date.
For example, if today's date is 10/07/2023, and you have requested a valuation report of a property dated 10/04/2023 or any date earlier, this will be considered as a retrospective valuation.
