Property Pricer's Instant Valuation service is available directly from the Property Dashboard for Australian Residential Property. Complete a short property questionnaire, and the valuation report is returned automatically, with the property price updated in BGL.

| Select the Property Dashboard. |
Navigate to a property and select Add Valuation, then click Select Provider.
Click Instant Valuation next to Property Pricer:
Please Note
Property Pricer Instant is only available for Australian Residential Property.
When you select Instant Valuation, a message displays confirming you're proceeding with Property Pricer's instant valuation service.
You will then be taken to the Property Pricer website, where you will need to complete a short questionnaire about the property. You can also forward the questionnaire for the homeowner to complete instead.
Payment can be made upfront, or added as an invoice for payment.
After Your Valuation is Completed
The report is returned by Property Pricer automatically via the SmartDocs Email, and the price of the property in the Property Dashboard is updated for you. Additionally, the valuation report will be attached within the Property Dashboard.
Please Note
Once generated, the Instant Valuation Report will also automatically appear under the 77200 Workpaper folder in Workpapers Screen.
