PropertyPricer is an independent, privately owned Australian company that specialises in providing professionals with residential property valuations.
The science-based and technically advanced valuation method, assesses all the factors that affect the value of a residential property, without the need to compare with other properties.
Using a unique Property Points system and a special adaptation of CoreLogic sales data, PropertyPricer is able to provide valuations that are both precise and compliant with ATO requirements.
Valuations are not computer generated! This means that PropertyPricer can value properties that automated systems cannot. Their tool calculates the Property Points, Property Levels and Suburb/Town Levels and then converts all this data into a market value.

FAQs
1. What is a Retrospective Valuation?
A retrospective valuation of a property refers to a valuation of a residential property in the past, typically three months or earlier from today's date.
For example, if today's date is 10/07/2023, and you have requested a valuation report of a property dated 10/04/2023 or any date earlier, this will be considered as a retrospective valuation.
