The Activity Statements screen provides a redesigned experience for preparing, managing, and lodging BAS and IAS forms within Simple Fund 360.
This release introduces a modernised BAS/IAS workflow, support for additional form types, and amendment functionality for previously lodged forms.
Overview
The new Activity Statements screen includes:
- A redesigned BAS/IAS interface with improved navigation and workflow
- Support for nine additional BAS/IAS form types
- Amendment functionality for previously lodged BAS/IAS forms
- Improved visibility of ATO and BGL processing statuses
- Simplified preparation, prefilling, editing, retrieval, and viewing actions
The screen centralises activity statement management and provides a clearer overview of statement progress and lodgment status.

Table Columns
The following fields are available on the Activity Statements screen:

| Form Type | Displays the BAS or IAS form type |
| Due Date | Displays the statement due date |
| Document Status | Displays the document workflow status |
| Last Modified By | Displays the user who last modified the form |
| Action | Displays available actions for the statement |
Available Actions
Depending on the statement status, the following actions may be available:

| Retrieve | Retrieves the latest form information from the ATO |
| Prefill | Prefills available ATO data into the statement |
| Edit | Opens the statement for preparation or amendment |
| View | Opens a previously lodged or completed statement in read-only mode |
Preparing Activity Statements
Important
The Create Entries Process is not required to be completed prior to lodging. GST is calculated on post.
Click ATO Download will retrieve available BAS and IAS forms from the ATO for the selected entity.
The Download ATO Activity Statements modal will allow you to select a date range.
Selecting Download will retrieve available BAS and IAS forms from the ATO for the selected entity for the date period you have set.
The statements will now display in the Activity Statement screen table.
Next to the relevant form, select Prefil.
Where supported:
- ATO prefill data will automatically populate relevant fields
- Ledger balances within Simple Fund/Invest 360 will calculate applicable amounts
- Users can review, edit, and validate forms before lodgment
Amendment Functionality
The redesigned Activity Statements screen now supports amendments for previously lodged BAS and IAS forms.
Users can:
- Create amendments directly from lodged statements
- Update previously submitted information
- Lodge amended forms electronically
- Track amendment statuses within the Activity Statements screen
This enhancement removes the need for external amendment workarounds previously required for BAS/IAS amendments.
