Member prior year comparatives are not appearing on the Members Statement.
Solution
Member comparatives may not display on the Members Statement due to one of the following settings not being enabled:
- Show Comparatives is turned off in the Badge settings
- Show Last Year Column is not enabled in the report settings prior to generating the Members Statement
Show Comparatives is not enabled in the Badge settings.
Steps to resolve
- Confirm which Badge is being used to generate the Members Statement on the Report screen.
- Navigate to Badge Settings and open the relevant badge.
- Under General Report Settings, ensure "Show Comparatives" is toggled on.
- Select Save Changes.
Show Last Year Column was not enabled before preparing the Members Statement.
Steps to resolve
- From the Report screen, move the Members Statement into the Report Pack List.
- Select Settings (cog icon) on the same line as the Members Statement.
- Ensure Show Last Year Column is toggled on.
- Select Save to apply the changes.
