When preparing a report through the Reports screen, the following error shows in the report:
Solution
From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. | |
Select Reports. |
- Select the Report Pack or from the list of reports on the left, select Add next to the report on which the error is showing.
- Select Options (to the right) and Templates.

If you wish to download a copy of the current customised template before resetting it , select Download Doc. Once the template has been downloaded, you can then select Reset Template.
- Preview or download the Report Pack to confirm that the error is not showing. Refer to Reports for more information on viewing reports.
