When preparing the Pension Summary Report, I get the following message: Cannot generate Pension Summary Report report.
Solution
The cause of this issue is that for at least one of the members, a date of birth has not been input. This applies to both current and ceased members.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Member. | |
Select Member list. |
- From the Member List, select the member(s) with an age appearing as 0 to the right of their name.
- Add the correct date of birth. Select Edit Contact and input the birth date.
- Select Save.
