Is it possible to add signature fields to member statements?

Solution

Signature boxes can be added to member statements through the Reports screen. 

1. From the Reports screen, in the left hand menu, select Letters / Minutes and then Add the Members Statement. 
   
   
   
   
2. Select Options and then Settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Select Yes next to the Show Signing Page field.
   
   
   
   
4. Select OK. Select Options | Settings again and then select Download PDF. Alternatively this report can be added to a Report Pack.
