Overview
Simple Fund 360 can prepare the Segregated Investment Summary Report. This Report lists the:
- units held,
- market price,
- segregation pool,
- market value,
- average cost,
- accounting cost,
- unrealised gain/(loss),
- percentage gain/(loss) and the
- percentage of total investments for each investment (portfolio weight).
A separate report is produced for each member in the fund. Investments where segregated between members will show separate holdings in each member's report. For example if a fund holds 1,000 units in BHP Shares and each member is segregated 500 units each, each report will display the BHP investment of and the member's respective segregated holding (500 units and the market value).
In order to prepare the report a Segregation policy must be input.
How to Prepare
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. |

| Select Reports. |

To download an individual report in PDF, Word or Excel format:
- On the left-hand side of the Reports screen, Add the Segregated Investment Summary from the Segregated Reports list.

Select Settings to produce an Investment Summary for all members or only selected member(s).
3. Select either Download PDF, Download Word or Download Excel.
