The Audit Workpapers can be generated from the Reports screen.
The Audit Workpaper report outlines accounts used within the financial year, to ensure that the correct Audit Procedures are followed. Auditors are able to communicate on this report any concerns found, along with the resolution of the matter.
The Audit Workpaper Report is supported up to the 2015 Financial Year.
How to prepare
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports | |

1. On the left-hand side of the Reports screen, use the search bar to search for the Audit Working Papers 2024. Alternatively, locate the report under Audit Reports.
2. In the Search Result Reports section, select the green arrow to add the report to your Report Pack List.
3. Once the report has been added, select Settings (to the right of the report).
The Audit Working Papers 2023 screen will appear:
| Prepared by | Enter the user that Prepared the 2024 Workpapers. |
| Date prepared | Select the date on which the Workpapers were Prepared. |
| Completed by | Enter the user that Completed the Workpapers. |
| Completed date | Select the date on which the Workpapers were Completed. |
| Reviewed by | Enter the user that Reviewed the Workpapers. |
| Reviewed date | Select the date on which the Workpapers were Reviewed. |
4. Select SAVE.
Select Download PDF or Download Word . The Minute can also form part of a Report Pack. Refer to Reports.
