An unrealised Capital Gains report has been added to the Investment reports section of SF360. This report will detail the following for a fund's current investments:
- Cost
- Tax deferred distributions received (for application upon disposal)
- CGT Cost Base
- Market Value
- Projected Profit/Loss
- Taxable Profit/Loss under the Indexation and Discount methods
- Taxable Notional Gain
Simple Fund Desktop Users
The Unrealised Capital Gains Report in Simple Fund 360 will replace the Projected Investment Disposal Report in Simple Fund Desktop
How to Prepare
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. |

| Select Reports. |

To download an individual report in PDF, Word or Excel format:
- On the left-hand side of the Reports screen, search for the Report.
- Select the green arrow to add the report to the Report Pack List.

Select either Download PDF, Download Word or Download Excel.
From Release 2.19 (27/04/2017), the Excel Format of the report has been improved to allow users to filter assets when planning for Transitional CGT Relief as at 30 June 2017 under the 2016/17 Superannuation Reforms.
