Overview
A new Projected Pension Calculation Summary Report has been added to the Letters/Minutes section of the Reports screen. This report will display the calculation of the minimum and maximum pension details for the next financial year.
The report will detail:
- Member names
- MEMBERCODE
- Pension Type
- Pension Start Date
- Age (as at 1/7 of next financial year)
- Opening Balance (as at 1/7 of next financial year)
- Minimum and Maximum Amounts
- Tax Free %
Create Entries
Create year end entries for the fund prior to generating the report to ensure that the member's opening balance for the projected period is up to date.
How to Prepare
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. |

| Select Reports. |

To download an individual report in PDF, Word or Excel format:
- On the left hand side of the Reports screen, Add the Projected Pension Calculation Report from the Letters/Minutes list.
- Select either Download PDF, Download Word or Download Excel.
