Some users have reported that one or more investments do not appear on the Distribution Reconciliation Report. This article explains what to check first and what to send us if the issue continues.
Status: Under investigation
We are investigating these reports and will update this article when we confirm the cause and any workaround or fix.
What is happening
When you run the Distribution Reconciliation Report (Main Toolbar > Reports > Reports), one or more investments that you expect to see are not listed, even though the investment exists in the fund.
Before you raise a ticket
Check the following, as these can also cause an investment to be left off the report:
- The report is being run for the correct financial year.
- Distribution income has been recorded against the investment for that financial year. See How to Enter a Distribution & Tax Statement.
Do not re-enter investments or distributions
Do not re-enter or duplicate investments or distribution entries to make them appear on the report, as this can create incorrect balances.
If the investment is still missing
Raise a support ticket with BGL Support and include:
- The fund name and ABN
- The financial year you ran the report for
- The investments you expected to see on the report
- The date you first noticed the issue
- Any changes made to the fund immediately before the issue appeared
