Overview
This article explains how to view the full details and audit trail of a contribution in the Payday Super Contributions page. Contributions are now grouped into separate tabs:
- Received – Incoming contributions to review and allocate. By default, this tab displays contributions for the current financial year, but users can adjust the date range to view other periods.
- Rejected – Contributions returned to the employer. This tab displays the complete history of rejected contributions across all financial years.
Instructions
1. Select your fund, then navigate to Payday Super Contributions using either menu:
- Old sidebar menu: Connect → Payday Super Contributions
- New sidebar menu: Dashboards → Payday Super Contributions
2. Locate the contribution row you want to review from either the Received or Rejected tab.
3. Click the Actions button on the contribution row, then select View Details. The Contribution Transaction modal will open.
Contribution Details Tab
The Contribution Details tab shows:
- The full contribution breakdown (Super Guarantee, Employer Award, Salary Sacrificed, and all other components).
- Transaction details: Transaction Date, Payment Reference No, Employer Name, and Pay Period.
- For rejected contributions, a red banner at the top showing who rejected it, when, and the reason. For example: "This transaction was rejected on 10/06/2026 by Joanne Ng. Reason: Member TFN required for this Contribution Type."
- The current Rejection Message Status (for rejected contributions).
If a contribution payment covers multiple members, the Contribution Details tab will include a "The following transactions form part of the same payment" section, listing the other members whose contributions are included in the same payment.
Rejection Message Status
| Rejection Message Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The rejection message is being delivered to the employer. Please allow up to 1 hour for the status to update. |
| Sent | Rejection has been delivered to the employer. No further action required. |
| Sent & Refund Required | Rejection has been delivered.

| Error | Rejection delivery failed. Contact BGL Support to investigate. Once resolved, select Mark Resolved. Status will update to Resolved. |
| Resolved / Refunded | Marked as resolved manually. |
Mark Resolved
When the Rejection Message Status is Sent & Refund Required or Error, a Mark Resolved checkbox appears at the bottom of the modal.
- Sent & Refund Required: Click the rejection confirmation link to download and print the rejection confirmation. Once the refund payment has been processed, tick Mark Resolved to close off the record. The status will update to Refunded.
- Error: Contact BGL Support to investigate the delivery failure. Once resolved, tick Mark Resolved to close off the record. The status will update to Resolved.
History Tab
The History tab shows a chronological audit trail of all events for the contribution.

| Contribution Transaction Received | The date the contribution arrived in Simple Fund 360, processed by System. |
| Contribution Transaction Error | The date the rejection was submitted, showing the name of the user who processed it. |
Click View Details next to any history row to see the full event details.
