Overview
The Application to become a Member Form can be generated from the Reports screen.
By allowing you to prepare this form in the reports screen, you can utilise Digital Signing to sign electronically.
This form is also customisable using report templates. For more information, refer to Customising the Template for an Existing Report.
Instructions
From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. |

Select Reports. |

1. On the left-hand side of the Reports screen, locate the Application to become a Member from the Letters/Minutes list. Alternatively, use the search bar to locate the form.
Select the green arrow to add the report to the Report Pack List
The Application to become a Member Settings screen will appear at a Badge level:
Select the member(s) and click save.
3. Select either Download PDF or Download Word.
