Consent to appointment as Trustee Form

Overview

The Consent to appointment as Trustee Form can be generated from the Reports screen.

By allowing you to prepare this form in the reports screen, you can utilise Digital Signing to sign electronically.

This form is also customisable using report templates. For more information, refer to Customising the Template for an Existing Report.

Instructions

1. On the left-hand side of the Reports screen, locate the Consent to appointment as Trustee from the Letters/Minutes list. Alternatively, use the search bar to locate the form. 

Select the green arrow to add the report to the Report Pack List

2. In order to preview or download the report, select Setting (to the right of the report) to select the trustees. 


The Consent to appointment as Trustee Settings screen will appear at a Badge level: 

Select the individual trustee(s) and click save.

3. Select either Download PDF or Download Word.
