The following checklist has been prepared to help troubleshoot why you may not be able to generate a report in Simple Fund 360. This has been designed to help you diagnose the issue yourself, however if you are unsuccessful, it is recommended that you share this list with Support when Logging a Support Ticket.

- Is it possible to generate the Report in the current year? Yes/No
- Is it possible to generate the Report in the previous year/s? Yes/No
- Can the Report be generated with comparatives? Yes/No
- Can the Report be generated in PDF/Word/Excel?
- Is it possible to generate the Report using the default badge? Yes/No
- Is it possible to generate the Report using a Custom Badge? Yes/No
- Does the issue occur with a Single Fund/ Multiple Funds?
