Cannot Delete a Property Due to Depreciation Worksheet

Scenario

When a property is linked to the depreciation worksheet, the property can not be deleted, even if no depreciation has been posted.  

Solution

To delete the property, you will first need to remove the property's depreciation worksheet from the Depreciation Screen. 

Steps

1. Navigate to the Period Compliance screen. 
2. From the Period Compliance screen, press Depreciation.
   
3. Select the Trash Icon for the property's Worksheet.
   
4. Select Yes to delete the Worksheet. 
   
5. Once the worksheet has been deleted, return to the Property Dashboard screen to delete the property.
