Overview
This article will look at how to process the delisting of a company where the company still continues to trade/the shares still maintain their worth. This may occur when a company has been removed from the ASX but still continues to operate.
To process the delisting, the following 2 steps will need to be completed in Simple Fund 360:
- Create a new investment account to hold the private company's securities
- Process a transaction recode through the transaction recode screen

-
Click Start New Transaction Recode
- Select Investment

-
The following warning will display. Select Confirm
