I have transactions that I would like to match, but it is locked on the left hand side. Is there a way that I can still match these transactions?
Solution
Yes, you can still match locked transactions.
Even if the left-hand side is locked, you can use the Match button in the Action column on the right-hand side of the Transaction List screen.
Here’s an example of matching a locked transaction:
Once you select the second transaction to match, a confirmation message will appear:
Selecting Ok will manually match the transaction.
