I have transactions that I would like to match, but it is locked on the left hand side. Is there a way that I can still match these transactions?
Solution
Users are still able match these transactions by clicking the match button in the action column on the left hand side of the transaction list screen.
Please see the example below of matching a locked transaction.
After selecting the second transaction to match the initial transaction with, you will be shown the system confirmation message
Selecting Ok will manually match the transaction
