Digital signing on Members Statement not working?

I cannot get the Digital Signing on the Members Statement to work / I cannot select signatories when processing Digital Signing of the Members Statement. How can I fix this? 

Solution

Navigate to Reports from the Main toolbar on the left side
Select the Reports section

1. To resolve this issue, first click the green arrow to add the Members Statement to the report pack.

2. Next to the corresponding report, in this case the Members Statement, select Settings. 

3. Ensure the "Show signing Page" toggle is enabled, then click Save.

Generating a Members Statement will now include the signing page, allowing you to utilise digital signing.
