Digital signing on Members Statement not working?

I cannot get the Digital Signing on the Members Statement to work. Can you please show me how to fix this? 

Solution

To resolve this issue, begin by selecting the Members Statement in the Reports screen. 

Next to the corresponding report, in this case the Members Statement, select Settings. 

Toggle on Show signing page.
