Daily profit/(loss) amounts recorded during the daily Create Entries Process are not being reversed out for ceased member accounts where the fund contains multiple user create entries during the year. How can I remove these amounts?
Solution
Follow these steps to remove the allocations to a ceased member account:
- Determine which ceased member account contains the excess profit and in The Member List copy the MEMBERCODE of that account (highlight the code and right click your mouse >> Copy). Also check the Cease Date of the member account (we will use this in step 4).
- Select only System Journal.
- Using the Transaction Filter, search for the MEMBERCODE (e.g. Jonjoh) and set the period to range from the member ceased date (e.g. 25/12/2014) to the end of financial year.

Select all System Journals displayed under the filter criteria and click on Delete.
