When re-requesting transactions through the Bank, Share Data Packs or Wraps and Platforms screen, no transactions are imported into SF360.
Overview
Transactions may not be uploading due to the following reasons:
Create entries has been processed
Simple fund 360 will not import transactions for a period where the create entries process has already been done.
Before re requesting transactions, create entries will need to be reversed.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Compliance. |

Select Period compliance from the list. |

Under the Action column click Reverse entries.
Do not import data before date has been input
A Do not import data before date may have been incorrectly entered into the setup bank account feed screen.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Connect. | |
Select Feed Management from the list. |

Navigate to the Entity Summary tab
Next to the Feed you wish to Re-request transactions for, select Edit
Ensure that you have Not input a date in the Do not import data before/after date range
