The BGL Bank Data Service and The Share Data Pack (Contract Notes) are not loading transactions automatically days after the transactions have actually occurred. The re-request function does not import transactions into Simple Fund 360 either.
The feed status for both services states they are operating.
Solution 1
The data feeds will not import transactions for any dates prior to the fund's last create entries date. First, check the Compliance section of Simple Fund 360.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Compliance. |

Select Period compliance from the list. |

Check the Create Entries Dates column and confirm the Create Entries date that appears.
In the example above, Simple Fund 360 will not import any bank or broker transactions for the period as the Create Entries process has been completed for the year (to 30 June).
Steps to resolve:
- Under the Actions column select Reverse Entries.
- Complete a transaction Re-Request
- Reconcile any unmatched transactions through using Smark Matching
- Re-Create Entries.
Solution 2
When setting up your bank feed, ensure that you have not input a date in the Do not import data before/after date range. Refer to the BGL Bank Data Service for instructions on setting up the service.
