I have set up a Xero Feed for a client and when I try to connect to the organisation and upload the bank transactions nothing is feeding into Simple Fund 360. Do the transactions in Xero need to be reconciled first? Any other reason it might not be showing?
Solution
Transaction Matching
Bank transactions need to be reconciled/matched in Xero prior to the feed loading them into Simple Fund 360. Unmatched/unreconciled transactions will not load into Simple Fund 360.
- Ensure an account has been selected under the What section of the Xero matching screen.
- Ensure the Who field has been entered as this will form the description of the transaction when loaded into Simple Fund 360.
Bank Account Details
For the Xero upload to be functional, the BSB and Account Number must be identical in both Simple Fund 360 and Xero.

Tip
Select the Account Transactions tab in Xero to view all reconciled/matched transactions and how they will feed into Simple Fund 360. This tab will display the date, description, and amount of reconciled/matched transactions.
