I have set up a Term Deposit account that is supported under the BGL Bank Data Service. I have used investment account 72400/INVESTCODE (Fixed Interest Securities - Australian) but the account is not showing up in the Feed Management Screen?
Solution
Supported Term Deposit accounts for the BGL Bank Data Service need to be set up under account 60800/BANKCODE in the chart of accounts to appear in the Feed Management Screen.
Refer to the Bank Accounts help for instructions.
Under Step 2 of How to Add a Bank Account, select Term Deposit as the Bank Type.
Once the account has been added, you can set up the bank feed. Refer to the BGL Bank Data Service help for instructions.
