How are comparative periods selected?
Default Setting:
When users choose to generate financial statements with Comparatives. By default, the system will automatically select the same reporting period from the previous financial year.
Users can update the Start Date and End Date. Example, if the end date was updated to 28/01/2021. Then the financial statements will only cover this specific period, with the comparatives being the same period from 01/07/2020 to 28/01/2021.
30/06 Comparative Period
From the Fund’s Badge you will now be able to select Prior Year-End (30/06) balances regardless of the reporting period which has been set for the financial statements.
Instructions:

| Select Badge |  |
| Create or select the Badge attached to the fund(s). |  |
| From General Report Settings select Prior Year-End(30/06). |  |
This setting will apply to all funds that are using this Badge to generate financial reports.
Is it possible to generate Financial Reports without comparatives?
Yes, users have the option to generate financial statements with or without comparatives.
Simple Fund 360 uses Badges to control the look and feel of Reports.

This setting will apply to all funds that are using this Badge to generate financial reports.
